Molding sand plants are made up of different processing machines (screens, drums, mills...) and numerous conveyor belts.
The handling of material generates particles which in some cases may be very humid, especially in mills and drums.
This requires the use of special in line burners which "dry" the flow.
Sucked up flow is directed along black or AISI 304 metal sheet ducts to a bag filter which are cleaned by compressed air impulses.
One of the problems affecting this type of system is acid condensation which may form inside. We try to eliminate/resolve this by fitting external filter insulation and a high efficiency polypropylene filtering medium.
The proposed system consists of an electric and PLC management part, plant supervision both via touch screen and remote, with annexed interconnection, as specified in the 4.0 Industry Memorandum under paragraph 6.3.
