Aspiration of dusts from industrial fabric washing machines
INDUSTRIAL FANS – BLOWERS - TRANSPORTERS
POLLUTANT SUCTION SYSTEMS
SUPERVISION AND 4.0 PLANTS MANAGEMENT
Pollutant generated by the washing of fabrics mostly consists of fibres (which may also be agglomerated) in a reduced humidity flow.
Machines are connected to the plant by means of lower aspiration ports (connection points made by washing machine manufacturer and the air flow is sent to a special filter.
This rotary filter consists of a bored metal sheet cylinder coated in a micro fibreglass filtering panel. Flow travels from the inside towards the outside of the filter (resulting in the depositing of fibres), and exits the filter purified.
A simultaneous panel cleaning system (using rotating jets) maintains system efficiency and sends the pollutant to a cyclone and relative compactor.
