The drawing process develops high quantities of mill scale which rapidly saturates work areas  and is harmful for workers.
Thanks to our consolidated experience in the sector, we have developed special suction grasps for positioning inside drawing cabins, considerably increasing dust capture efficiency with minimum space reduction and bulk for normal work operations. This detail means we are able to reduce airflow and relative initial and management costs.
During the conveyance of sucked up material (inside ducts), wear phenomena occur (friction), requiring the use of special anti-wear materials for components subjected to the highest levels of stress.
Pre-abatement of coarse particles is carried out using high performance cyclones which notably reduce the work load of the downstream bag filter.
The pulse jet filter is used to reduce fine dusts using a polyester filtering fabric, made specially for our applications and called OMAR FELT.
