Rubber and tyre processing plants are fitted with special automatic machinery, complete with suction grasps built by the manufacturer. We fit these grasps with a sloping collector, designed to maintain constant head loss and relative air speed.
The use of a predecantation cyclone with a special discharge designed by our Engineering department is a key feature and has resolved countless cases of obstructions caused by the characteristics of materials (e.g. working temperature).
Finer dusts are sent to a pulse jet bag filter complete with anti-static bags (with stainless steel fibre mesh) and compressed washing air economiser.
The plant is completed by Atex safety systems as well as additional certified components according to area.
The entire system is managed by an electric panel complete with PLC and supervision system, which also enables remote signalling for network systems.
Plants for the production of bituminous sheaths release high concentration malodorous vapours which are treated using humid, several stage filters and a downstream droplet reducer.
In this specific case, the double stage scrubber is made in AISI 304/316, completed with a reagent reintegration system.  
A predecantation venturi is fitted for the treatment of coarse substances upstream from the scrubber, for enhanced abatement and longer system life.
Once the washing solution is saturated, it needs to be discharged along with sludge via a manual sphere valve.
Before emission into the atmosphere, flow from the scrubber is passed through a demister with droplet separator.
