Aspiration for RDF and SSF plants
RE-DEPURATION SYSTEMS AND DRY FILTRATION
INDUSTRIAL FANS – BLOWERS - TRANSPORTERS
POLLUTANT SUCTION SYSTEMS
SUPERVISION AND 4.0 PLANTS MANAGEMENT
Dry particles, typical of the RDF and SSF sectors are captured using hoods/ grasps installed directly at points in which pollutant is generated, such as conveyor belts, sorting drums, sorting cabins, etc.
Various sucked up air flows are sent to a bag filter and cleaned using compressed air impulses, automatically managed by an electronic economiser which reduces consumption based on actual working requirements by means of detecting filter head loss.
This type of extremely high-efficiency filter ensures atmospheric particle emission levels stay within legal limits, with expected values actually well below those prescribed by regulations in force.
Evaluation for Atex 2014/34/EU (for the prevention of explosions), is fundamental, insofar as the aforementioned prescribes specific safety systems which need to be sized according to pollutant characteristics.
Reverse rotor blade ventilators (low energy consumption) maintain a suitable vacuum for aspiration equipment.
