Aspiration for plywood and chipboard production lines generally occurs by connecting suction spouts of operating machinery. The first function of the suction plant is to "clean" panels from processing waste materials and consequently, our entire system is sized to comply with this requirement.
All sucked up pollutant is sent to a self-cleaning abatement bag filter (in anti-static polyester with stainless steel mesh which guarantees limits set for the emission of particles into the atmosphere.
The system is completed with automatic unloading of decanted material which is then pneumatically conveyed to a storage silo or collection containers.
An electrical panel complete with PLC supervises the entire plant, providing process data and warning in case of any emergencies.
Please note that wood dust is classified as potentially explosive and as such our plant must comply with all reference standards.
