Aspiration for plants which produce flours, animal feeds, seeds, cellars
RE-DEPURATION SYSTEMS AND DRY FILTRATION
INDUSTRIAL FANS – BLOWERS - TRANSPORTERS
POLLUTANT SUCTION SYSTEMS
SUPERVISION AND 4.0 PLANTS MANAGEMENT
The aspiration of feeds and seeds normally occurs directly from the material unloading ditch, whereas flour tends to require localised aspiration using grasps/hoods.
In some cases, the type of powder sucked up and relative sector regulations require use of AISI 316 stainless steel (food grade) and in remaining cases, galvanised sheet is preferred.
Abatement is carried out by means of dry systems, such as bag and/ cartridge filters (Atex certified), sized to ensure higher pitch between bags to increase decantation of treated material and prevent filter obstruction.
In the case of cellars, during the fermentation process, substances develop which are dangerous to operators, therefore they are sucked up and conveyed outside the building. Sensors are installed in strategic points to guarantee the health of personnel and manage ventilator rpm for suitable aspiration efficiency.
