The aspiration of glass or better still the diluted conveyance of glass/air inside tubes results in considerable duct wear within a short space of time.
The critical points most affected by these problems are curves, so we make them from anti-wear material (Hardox) with interchangeable extrados.
Conveyed flow is sent for cyclonic pre-abatement, with carbon steel sheet and internal anti-wear rubber coating. The exhaust cone of this cyclone consists of two sections, to facilitate replacement of cone parts, if required.
A bag flow is fitted in cascade  from the cyclone, specially sized according to airflow and pollutant characteristics.
The polyester filtering medium in the section most exposed to pollutant is coated by an additional layer of felt, to increase bag filter duration.
The filter is unloaded using a rotary valve in cast iron and flow is then collected inside a big bag.
