Operations which most frequently require aspiration include sole and upper processing and relative gluing.
The first two operations generate dry dusts which are sucked up by specially shaped grasps. Flow is conveyed to a PJ bag filter with automatic washing, complete with all safety features required by anti-explosion standards.
The gluing process generates an entirely different type of pollutant which is treated using an active carbon tower, effective in the absorption of solvents. Active carbons are easily replaceable once they become saturated.
