SUPERVISION AND 4.0 PLANTS MANAGEMENT
Aspiration systems fitted in end of life tyre recycling plants treat various types of pollutants contained in tyres, including plastic, iron and canvas.
Particles are captured by means of the installation of special hoods and/or grasps which are installed directly at points in which pollutants are generated. Some facilities are completed by on-board decantation systems, for coarse parts.
The management of airflow to various parts of facilities is ensured by manually adjustable valves, requiring regulation during testing.
Sucked up flow is sent to a bag filter outside the plant, sized with higher bag pitch and a tranquillisation chamber upstream from the reducer, which serves the dual purpose of pre-abatement and ensuring uniform flow distribution throughout the entire filtering section.
A centrifugal reverse rotor blade high performance ventilator maintains suitable in line vacuum levels.
Any sound proofing systems, such as cabins and silencers, may be fitted to the plant subject to prior analysis of potential issues.
