These plants develop two kinds of substances (particles and gas) which are treated in radically different ways.
In the first case, particles are developed by conveyor belts, grinders and special cleaning towers which divide the dust from coarse content using counter air flows, managed by regulation valves and inverters. Successively, the flow is treated by a pulse jet bag filter with anti-static bag, complete with automatic off load via auger and rotary valve. A special ventilator maintains suitable line temperature.
In the second case, the build-up of gas from refrigerators, air conditioning units and cathodic tubes is managed via a cryogenic plant or via a system with specific active carbons
