Our plants designed for composting and refinement operations consist of an initial part made from tubes for the insufflation and aspiration of maturation cells and a second part for the treatment of particles/odours.
Suitable air input and aspiration in maturation rooms is fundamental for the entire production process so all systems used by us are completed by humidity/ pressure/ temperature detectors, managed by a supervision programme.
The sucked up flow is first sent to a wet reducer called a floating bed scrubber, which reduces any particles present and humidifies the air flow.
The next stage focuses on odour removal and consists of a biofiltration system with special biomodules for correct air distribution along the entire surface and relative "activated" material bed with bacterial flora.
