Aspiration for bar cutting with disc and/or torches
Bar cutting operations we take into consideration include those which involve the use of torches, which are the most intensive.
In many cases, the torch emits a cutting flame as well as a mixture of powders which improves the operation being carried out.
Aspiration captures these powders too, which present a micronic granulometry, therefore making them particularly difficult to capture and decant.
Our extensively tried and tested solution consists of the installation of a so-called cell filter with off line operation, which means that a sector (cell) is free from aspiration and creates optimal conditions for pollutant decantation.
The filtering medium used presents a contact surface treated with special resins which facilitate the detachment of powered from the filter bag.
Plant engineering at the service of this solution presents considerable difficulties which can only be overcome by meticulous and in-depth attention to details.
