Aspiration solutions for aluminium refineries are similar to those for smelters.
Suction hoods positioned over pollutant development areas are specially sized for application and present special features, thanks to years-long experience in the sector.
Aspiration is conveyed to spark/waste separators, made from painted metal sheet and containing a labyrinth where the actual abatement of larger particles takes place, protecting the downstream bag filter.
The Pulse Jet filter is sized according to crossing speed indicated in B.A.T. and above all, based on our knowledge of product characteristics at hand. Thermal insulation and acid substance neutralisation systems are assessed based on the case/requirements at hand.
The system is managed by a PLC with relative supervision programme, interconnected to the plant network.
