POLLUTANT SUCTION SYSTEMS
SUPERVISION AND 4.0 PLANTS MANAGEMENT
Manual or automatic sandblasting develops large quantities of dust which requires aspiration and filtering before emission into the atmosphere.
Manual operations are carried out inside a work cabin which is fitted with special suction walls, installed in strategic points, complete with longitudinal vents for increased filtering capacity.
Our extensive experience in this sector enables us to take effective measures for this type of dust by means of cyclonic predecantation system for the coarse part and bag/cartridge filtering of remaining fine dusts.
Please note that in certain cases, in view of considerable tube wear, we advise the use of reinforced/coated curves, made from certain types of material particularly suited to withstand onerous operating conditions.
The same goes for automatic sandblasting.
We use the following technologies for the aspiration of pigment aerosol/ solvents from painting: "filtering painting cabins", aspiration work benches, suction walls or push&pull systems directly installed over tubs.
Everything is sent to a demister containing two filtering stages, with fibreglass panels and a downstream active carbon filter for VOC absorption.
For very high VOC concentration levels, flow can also be sent to a post combustor (which replaces active carbons).
