Cast Iron Foundry

Various parts of cast iron foundries produce different types of pollutants which in some cases require different treatment compared to classic dry filtering.
Over the years we have developed technical and on-field experience to such an extent that we now consider this as one our company's strongest sectors. We have built various types of capturing systems, from walls, arms to hoods... all with the aim of increasing aspiration efficiency, especially for more intensive operations. Applications of our filtering systems range from dry reduction (bag or filter) for dust, to single stage venturi scrubbers for humid and malodorous pollutants.
Materials used to build various plant components include galvanised metal sheet / black painted metal sheet / AISI/PP sheet, according to applications.
If required due to pollutant chemical composition, plants can also be fitted with acid substance inertisation systems by means of lime and/or dioxin absorption with the use of active carbons.
