The technological heart of all the O.M.A.R. processes is the research and development (R&D) department, which is tasked with determining the best solutions to meet the customers’ needs, trying and testing new products, validating the results, and notifying the markets of the most advanced applications in terms of efficiency, energy savings, and compliance with the environmental regulations.
The training of internal staff is entrusted to OMAR Academy integrated by participation in workshops and trade fairs.
